Page Airport - PGA
Currently, the airside facilities at Page Municipal Airport include a single asphalt concrete runway 15-33, with dimensions of 150 feet in width by 5,500 feet in length; and a gravel crosswind runway 07-25, with dimensions of 75 feet in width and 2,200 feet in length. Runway 15-33 is served by a full-length parallel taxiway with five (5) connecting taxiways. Runway 07-25 does not have a parallel taxiway, but uses the parallel taxiway from runway 15-33 for access to the terminal. Runway 15-33 and its parallel taxiway are equipped with Medium Intensity Runway and Taxiway Lights (MIRL) (MITL) with radio transmitter control activated by pilots. Threshold lights with Runway End Identifier Lights (REILs) are at both ends of runway 15-33. Runway 07-25 does not have runway lighting. Visual Approach Slope Indicators (VASI’s) are located at each end of runway 15-33. A Terminal Very High Frequency Omnirange (TVOR) with Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) is located to the northeast of the intersection of the runways. Also available are an Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) at 120.62, and a UNICOM at 122.80.
Page Municipal Airport is categorized as a Primary Airport and is owned and operated by the City of Page. The airport contains 536-acres located in the northeast corner of the City. Residential development has occurred along nearly the entire length of the western boundary of the airport with the remaining three sides of the airport restricted by sloping terrain.
